RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered with our 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Items purchased at full price can be exchanged for store credit or refund. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to cover the difference. If it’s less, we’ll issue the remainder as store credit or refund for your next Maebel piece.
Please note: Items purchased during sales and promotions, or from our Seconds and Samples range are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty. Minor variations in colour, design, size, and finish are to be expected with handmade products and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unused, with tags, and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase, such as your receipt.
HOW TO START A RETURN

Returns must be sent to 8/29 Lincoln Street, Lindisfarne, Tasmania, Australia 7015. Once we’ve approved your return request, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note that any items sent back without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receiving it. If something isn’t right – whether it’s a defect, damage, or the wrong item – reach out to us right away so we can resolve the issue for you.
