SHIPPING PROVIDERS

We’re all about getting your order to you fast. That’s why we partner with Australia Post and StarTrack. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking details straight to your inbox, so you can follow your purchase every step of the way.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Everything on our website (unless marked “Coming Soon”) is ready to ship. On the rare occasion an item is no longer available after your purchase, our customer service team will reach out to find a perfect alternative or issue a full refund.

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. However, during high-demand periods like sales, new collection drops, or holiday closures, dispatch times might stretch up to 7 days. We’ll always keep you updated on the website if any delays arise.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey. For a smooth delivery, it’s best to choose a location where someone can sign for your package.

SHIPPING DELAYS OR DAMAGE

If your order is delayed, your shipping carrier will have the latest info. Use your tracking number to contact the carrier directly, or if you need a hand, our team is always here at hello@maebel.com.au.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please get in touch with our team within 3 days of receiving your order and send us photos of the inside and outside of the package. Be sure to keep all contents and packaging while we assess the situation. We’ll guide you through the process from there to ensure everything is sorted quickly.
